    Patch Notes:
    - Balance Patch (Version I) :
    Today we are adding to the game all the changes included by XLegend to different classes on the last couple of months. This includes changes to Ravager, Ranger, Sorcerer, Wizard, Gunslinger and Tachi (and some minor changes to Crusader). The listed working changes are the following:

    Ravager:
    Round 1 :
    mirrored axe 95% -> 126%
    flame slash / flame axe 100% -> 136%

    rage decay decreased from 7/sec to 6/sec
    main ravager: tyrant's fury grants +3/5/7/10% PEN based on tier

    envoy: "Rage" effect change:
    old: Getting hit has a 30% chance to increase Max CRIT DMG by 5%, stacking up to 5 times for 6 seconds
    new: Getting hit has a 30% chance to increase CRIT DMG by 5% and Max CRIT DMG by 10%, stacking up to 5 times for 12 seconds

    envoy: "Finishing Blow" effect change:
    old: Your attacks deal 50% additional damage to targets below 25% HP
    new: Your attacks have a 50% chance to deal 50% additional damage to targets below 50% HP

    left spec 60
    mirrored axe: gains 15/30/45/60% damage for 5 seconds based on current tier of tyrant's fury

    right spec 60
    tornado spin: effect changed to "generates a Wild Tempest under the target, dealing additional storm damage"
    Wild Tempest coef: 30% storm per tick

    Round 2 :
    horizontal slash gcd 1.5s -> 1.2s
    aftershock gcd 1.8s -> 1.5s
    flame slash AoE 2m -> 4m
    flame axe bounce damage decay 17% -> 10%, fixed axes not dealing damage sometimes
    envoy "Rage" activation rate 30% -> 50%
    envoy "Pyromaniac" flame skill dmg 10% -> 20%
    fixed "round and round" mastery not triggering the new tornado spin spec effect

    Round 3 :
    tornado spin coef per tick 35% -> 50%
    tornado spin rage generation 15 -> 18
    mirrored axe 126% -> 146%
    mirrored axe now reduces target's CRIT rate and ACC by 20%
    Ranger:
    triple shot 100% -> 138%, full charge: deals an extra tick of damage (276% coef, violent)
    frost arrow 90% -> 128%
    dimensional shot 115% -> 141%
    corrosive shot 95% -> 133%
    arrow of light 140% -> 166%, cast range +1m, applies ACC -20% for 10 seconds
    hail of arrows 125% -> 156%, added 5% lifesteal effect
    machinegun wings 120% -> 145%, damage growth 15% -> 40%
    piercing prism 145% -> 160%

    envoy base buff:
    half-charge bow skills: +5% PEN
    full charge bow skills: another +5% PEN

    envoy "Deadly Hunt": activation rate 50% -> 100%
    Sorcerer:
    Round 1 :
    shadow bolt 120% -> 140%
    soul draw 135% -> 145%
    blood seal 100% -> 125%, now applies flat DEF shred (same value as Slash Cut)
    demon seal 95% -> 120%
    powerful strike mantra: if sorc main, dmg buff 5% -> 15%, now buffs move spd 5%
    void shadow bolt 168% -> 180%
    void soul draw 162% -> 175%
    void demon seal 114 -> 172%
    void flame impact 182% -> 195%, now applies DoT (with 35% of caster's DMG)
    fiend totem cast 120% -> 155%
    fiend totem ticks 60% -> 80%, now dark element instead of violent
    alien energy 145% -> 160%, damage growth per second 20% -> 35%

    void energy generation change:
    shadow bolt 15 -> 20
    soul draw 10 -> 15
    fiend totem 15 -> 30

    envoy "Arcane Shield" effect change
    old: Getting hit conjures a shield that blocks 25% of damage taken from up to 3 hits. This effect has a 15 second cooldown
    new: Getting hit conjures a shield that blocks 50% of damage taken from up to 2 hits. This effect has a 12 second cooldown. When the shield breaks, PEN +10% for 5 seconds.

    envoy "Counterattack": +5% PEN while effect is active

    envoy "Divine Whisper" effects change:
    activation rate 20% -> 25%
    DMG +10% -> +15%
    CRIT rate +10% -> +15%
    ACC +10% -> +15%
    removed DEF buff

    envoy "Aleatoric Curse" effects change:
    activation rate 20% -> 25%
    DMG -10% -> -15%
    DEF -10% -> -15%
    Move SPD -20% -> -40%
    removed CRIT rate and ACC debuffs

    left spec 60
    void skills dmg buff 30% -> 50%
    dark damage taken debuff 20% -> 30%, duration 4s -> 8s

    right spec 60
    flame impact damage stacks changed from 2% x50 to 5% x20
    removed flame impact's damage penalty (coef 90% -> 150%)

    ROUND 2 :
    flame impact gcd 1.4s -> 1.1s
    rejuvenation mantra gcd 1.1s -> 0.8s
    nightmare totem gcd 1.3s -> 1s
    powerful strike mantra gcd 1.3s -> 0.8s

    envoy "Counterattack" activation rate 20% -> 100%
    envoy "Aleatoric Curse" gained new random effect: target's toughness -5% for 8 second

    flame impact damage stacks changed from 5% x20 to 10% x10
    stack duration changed from 4s to 5s

    envoy "Elite Hunter" effect change: DEF shred stacks changed from 1% x15 to 3% x5, now reduces toughness by 1% per stack
    Tachi:
    Round 1 :
    Dark spear raid 110% -> 125%

    ROUND 2 :
    swallow reversal: CRIT bonus scaling 100 -> 150
    soul blade: DMG and EVA bonus scaling 80 -> 120, PEN +5%
    soul storm GCD 0.5 -> 0.3, stacks changed to DEF -10% x3
    dark spear raid: element changed to flame, grants damage against Flame targets +5%, stacking up to 3 times for 5s
    iaido: half-charge damage +30 -> +40, full charge damage +80 -> +100
    dragon's fury: removes 1 negative condition on use
    tale of swords: CRIT and EVA bonus scaling 50 -> 100
    quick dragon flash: now grants EVA rate +10% for 10s

    base Ronin envoy: PEN +5%

    envoy "Technique: Raging Waves" effect change:
    stacks 3% x20 -> 6% x10
    duration 120s -> 12s
    after stacks reset, increases damage against all elements by 10% for 10s

    envoy "Limit Break": stacks removed, now immediately grants +50% Max CRIT DMG on activation

    envoy "Technique: Soul Breaker": threshold 40% -> 80%

    left spec
    new effect: damage of Storm skills +3/5/10%

    left spec 60
    soul storm effect per stack increased to DEF -15% with flat DEF shred scaling -85

    right spec
    new effect: damage of Flame skills +3/5/10%
    dark spear raid: skill damage +10/12/16%, has a 20/30/60% chance to reset fierce dragon flash CD
    Wizard:
    Round 1 :
    Fireball 100% -> 132%
    Icy curse 90% -> 122%
    Ice storm 85% -> 117%

    ice storm 117% -> 137

    base Wizard envoy: every active etch's Elemental Burst now increases PEN by 3%

    envoy "Wizardry" new effect:
    your attacks have a 20% chance to increase CRIT DMG by 5%, stacking up to 5 times for 10 seconds

    envoy "Storm and Ice" effects change:
    Storm and Ice Burst damage coefficient 50% -> 70%

    envoy "Ice Expert": icy curse/ice storm skill dmg buff 20% -> 50%

    envoy "Stormcaller": storm curse skill dmg buff 20% -> 50%

    left spec:
    Elemental Radiance: always generates an enemental etch

    left spec 60:
    icy curse: frost zone damage taken debuff 20% -> 50%, decreases toughness by 1%

    right spec
    meteor shot: when charged, always generates an enemental etch

    right spec 60
    meteor shot: DoT now scales with 15% DMG and decreases toughness by 1%
    Gunslinger:
    Round 1 :
    Right spec
    frost trap DMG 105/115/125% -> 146/156/166%
    dark flare trap DMG 120/130/140% -> 152/162/172%
    black hole trap DMG 165% -> 175%

    ROUND 2 :
    aimed shot: buff stacks changed from 3% x5 to 5% x3, duration 4s -> 10s
    sonic bomb 145% -> 161%
    black hole trap: 175% -> 207%, DMG debuff 8% -> 15%, CRIT rate debuff 8% -> 15%, inflicts DoT that scales with 15% DMG

    enchanted ammo changes:
    shred ammo: skill damage 10% -> 20%
    explosive ammo: skill crit rate 6% -> 20%
    vigor ammo: eva 8% -> 20%, movespd 10% -> 15%
    restoration ammo: additionally restores 20% of Max HP on use
    paralyzing ammo: DMG -15% changed to Damage dealt -15%
    soul-eating ammo: DoT now scales with 5% DMG

    envoy "Gale Runner" effects change:
    added Damage of Storm skills +10%
    sonic bomb skill dmg buff 20% -> 50%

    envoy "Revolver of Doom" effects change:
    activation rate 30% -> 60%
    cooldown 10s -> 8s

    envoy "Replay" replaced by "Chain Destruction":
    Your attacks increase your DMG by 6% and PEN by 4%, stacking up to 3 times for 10 seconds

    left spec 60
    ultraviolet catastrophe: now increases target's damage taken from Sonic Whilrwind by 20% for 10s
    bombardment buff duration 5s -> 10s

    right spec 60
    skill damage of traps +30% -> +50%
    Crusader :
    Frost rupture 105% -> 126% (right spec as well)
    The changes has been added to the game exactly as they were added on TW, including yesterday's patch. There are some missing announced changes and pending fixes from TW's last maintenance, that will surely be added next week.
